Random crap

People call me bot and stuff or even excel but I dont take that shit. So here is the proof that I use my own windcharts that I wrote myself and that I do it all manually. Same goes for nado shot.

Straight 40º fixed Windchart

Windchart

Note that this chart is probably 99% accurate if IRC but Im not sure though, when your enemy starts to get to close to you so between -1/2screen and 1.6pw of distance sometimes you need to take off 1 power bar, you'll actually start seeing the pattern but its fairly easy to notice it. As to why you do this its simply bc if you start taking the off the same power bar at one point your enemy will be too close and taking that X power will be too much. There is an example below.

So here it is.

How it works
  • The first numbers are for when your enemy is between 1 screen
  • The second are for when he is between right after 1scr and right before 1½, so 2.6pw.
  • Third ones are for when your enemy is between 1½ and 2screens, I actually think it stops right before 2 screens so at 3pw after that you'll need to lower a little bit more your power but I cant remember since its been a long time since Ive used this formula.

How to measure basic wind 0 (40º) over 1 screen

Note: Compared to 40º hook this one always stay at 40º

Now this one is fairly easy. I wont be doing the landmarks for 1 screen at wind 0 with 40º bc everyone can do them, just now that 1/2 screen is 1.5pw and 1 screen is 2.1 or 2.1.5pw if you put your mobile at the very edge(starting with the boomer's eye)

First its goes like this, I measure 1 screen and I place the beginning of my power bar at the edge of that 1screen.
Second Ive placed little boomers where every time you add 0.1pw your boomerang will land.
Third lets say your enemy is placed at +0.3, you will now add that power to your basic 1screen power so it becomes 2.1+0.3= 2.4 will be your new basic power.

Now for 2.7pw 2.8 and 2.8 you can try to create your own landmarks. I do know them but I dont feel like taking pictures and editing them.

Basic stuff:
1/2= 1.5pw
1screen= 2.1pw
1½= 2.65pw
2sc= 3.04pw

So this is how to use this with windcharts

>Look at the 40º fixed wind chart label.

Ex: Let say your enemy is enemy is at 0.2pw/distance, so now your power will be basic 1 sc+0.2 = 2.3pw. Now lets say the wind is 14 and it is pointing directly at 9pm. I know the factor for 0.15 so I multiply those two and I get 14x0.15= 2.1power(0.21) bars that I have to take off of the basic power which was which was 2.3, now I do 2.3-0.21= 2.09 or 2.1 is your new power to hit your enemy.

Note, for enemies who are between 1sc+ and 2.6pw you have to use a different factor than for enemies who are sitting between 2.6.5(1screen ½) and 2screens. Same for enemies who are between 1.6pw distance and 1screen.

How to measure basic wind 2 hook (40º) over 1 screen

So this is how you measure your distance to hit an enemy whos over 1screen away from you when your wind hooks.

First you know that 1 screen with angle 40 is 3 bars of power (actually 2.95 but if you put your mob and your enemies mob at the edge of your screen then it becomes 3 bars).
Second you take your power bar and start to measure from the edge of where you or your enemy are, thats where you place  the beginning of your power bar. (basically where that little power thing that you can move is for those who are confused).
Third as you can see Ive placed little boomer images where your boomerang is going to land depending on the distance. So because the edge of your power bar is 1screen and a half(3.7power bars)  it means that the power needed there is going to be 3.7bars! Obvious.

Now caution this only works for wind 2 hook!
I know what you are thinking, its useless!

No its not so bc you will always be using angle 40 for hook it means that you can now start charting your winds to see how many power bars your basic power needs to be added.
Ex: -your enemy is place at 1screen+0.4(picture), so your power needed is 3.4.
      -wind is 12 and it is pointing between 9pm and 6pm.(that mark you can see on the wind circle). Bc Ive already charted this wind I know the factor is 0.25 or divided by 4. so 12/4=3power bars, thats how much you have to add to your basic power which was 3.4+0.3power bars= 3.7 is your new power and angle 39.

  • Now here is the catch once your enemy is over 1 screen your angle will change, you'll have to lower it, it depends on the wind.

It goes like this if wind:
5-12, lower it 1 angle use basic power+power from your windchart.
13-19, lower it 2 angles
20-, lower it 3 angles
21-26, lower it 4 angles.

Now the lowering part is not exact but works 99% of the time for me. its actually easier to lower it than to create a new windchart for when your enemy is over 1 screen and another one for when he is over 1screen and a half. (note at a certain point you wont be able to add more power so you'll have to lower your angles more.
